Catholic high school president sued for covering up misdeeds of rapper/baseball memorabilia collecting son

While his 3rd Bass cohort MC Serch went the reality TV root, determined to prove that there are other white rappers besides Eminem who are talented (Note: he failed), Pete Nice aka Prime Minister Pete Nice aka Peter J. Nash took his career in a bit of a different direction. He became an author and avid baseball historian and collector.

Then he allegedly defrauded an auction house by selling them memorabilia of questionable origins. Now, his high school, Bishop Ford Central Catholic in New York, is reportedly in trouble for preventing said auction house from recouping its damages:
A prominent sports memorabilia auction house says in a lawsuit filed last week that Bishop Ford Central Catholic High School officials interfered with its attempts to collect a judgment from rapper-turned-baseball historian Peter J. Nash.
Now, why would a respected high school be involved? Well, the president of the school is Ray Nash, proud father of the weasel-popping rapper. The school has denied any involvement.
